1. New Business Marketing Executive

THE ROLE
* New Business Executive
* Covering Ibadan
* Dealing with 100% new business initially developing portfolio.
* Selling a listing and advertising space in a business directory

THE PERSON
* Must be new business focused
* Confident to handle business to business sales.
* Ideal candidate will be from a solution selling background
* Must be credible

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum OND
* Previous sales experience an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

THE SALARY
* N240,000 BASIC PER ANNUM
* 20 days holiday
* N5k -10k per month expenses paid for petrol, mobile, etc,
* Rewards for hard workers

To manage the co-ordination and administration of designated client accounts, under the direction
of an Account Manager or Director. They report to an Account Manager or Director. This role works closely with other members of the account handling, marketing, creative and studio teams

THE ROLE
* To have an overall understanding of designated client accounts
* and to understand the needs and requirements of each project
* To be one of the key points of client contact on day-to-day administrative
* and logistical issues on designated accounts
* To track schedules and ensure that all client needs are met in a timely
* and cost-effective manner
* To manage administration on individual projects, to include: contact reports,
* schedules, status reports, budget reports and invoicing including copy and artwork
* and job bags
* Attendance at appropriate client meetings as required

THE PERSON
* Good interpersonal skills for contact with clients, internal departments and suppliers
* Good understanding of internal processes and systems
* Excellent attention to detail in both written English and financial reporting
* Impeccable administration / organisation skills
* To be able to take and supply briefs
* Good organisational and administrative skills
* Team work, flexibility and a positive mental attitude
* Time management, including prioritisation
* Good PC skills- Word, PowerPoint and Excel

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum HND or a Degree

THE SALARY
* N300 - 350K BASIC PER ANNUM based on experience
* 20 days holiday plus an additional 2 weeks at Christmas.

3.Graphic Designer

This fabulous opportunity would be perfect for a graphic Designer with magazine design, print production and marketing experience and the ability to take responsibility for creative and design work as you'll develop creative ideas and concepts, choosing the appropriate media and style. THE ROLE
* Production of daily inancial reports
* Daily management of statistics for the business
* Undertaking of ad-hoc analysis to guide the business
* in its management, tracking and control of credit loss strategies
* Reviewing, challenging, and updating the reporting infrastructure
* so as to deliver superior management information to the business
* Develop knowledge of the business' data, database structure, and
* how the data is used in order to contribute to system enhancements
* that benefit the department and the business at large
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Production and posting of general ledger
* Project accounting transactions
* Bank Reconcilliation
* Raising of monthly sales invoice requests
* Production of inter-company reporting schedules
* Maintenance of fixed asset register

THE PERSON
* Previous Graphic Design experience, preferably within magazine design
* Direct marketing experience
* Full understanding of print production
* Experience with Photoshop, Fireworks, Illustrator, Corel Draw or similar
* Strong typographic skills and a keen eye for detail
* Creative flair and passion for the web
* Understanding of accessibility issues for web developers
* Excellent communication skills

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
* Minimum 3-5 years experience

* N360k BASIC PER ANNUM based on experience
